ISO 9001:2008 was adopted as the Quality Management System upon which we would base our Best Practice Manual and as a result, we achieved Third Party Certification in 2000.
This System is our day to day Management System that covers our entire operations from first contact with a project proposal through to the receipt of the Final Certificate at the end of the Defects Liability Period. It ensures consistency and quality in the delivery process.
