The quality assurance and systems we employ to deliver projects include:

  • Kennett Builders’ Best Practice Manual procedures
  • Continuity of project team from design, design development, documentation, tendering, trade package letting and construction, defects rectification
  • Daily contact and reporting to client project manager at site level
  • Weekly contact and discussion with client project manager
  • Fortnightly site meetings between Kennett, consultants and client
  • Daily observation and rectification of construction quality
  • Quarterly client senior management and board tours to maintain contact and confirm expectation and delivery
  • Design development and detailing
  • Monthly financial reporting and contingency management reporting to enable client project manager to report to the board
